is the human resource arm of Equity Score® LLC (Utah) whose business model is designed to connect a large group of members into new public companies which are operated by various Skills 31 Teams®.

All the Skills 31 Teams® use the same organizational structure, designed for efficient collaboration among their members. Each team consists of 31 members. A team can be a management team, a startup team, or a skills team depending on the team's objective.

Founder
A former structural banker who is a science researcher, mathematician, and Skills 31 Teams®
executive invented the Org913© structure used by all the Skills-Teams and VM Teams. Professor PDK says “the number 31 comes from how humans are created via geometrical cell divisions” after conception. It is “ONLY at the 5th level of cell division where there are 31 cells” that a human’s “entire blueprint” is ready.

Our organizational structure enables each team member to be aware of every other member's responsibilities. This transparency is essential for continuous improvement at all levels.
Efficiency
We pride ourselves on our efficient reporting procedures which do not overburden team leaders with keeping track of too many things. Continuous improvement comes easily with efficient reporting relationships.
Punctuality
All team members are part of a 31-member structure that requires each member to do his or her part on time. Punctuality is not just one of our values—it is integrated into our systems. In the event that a member is unable to deliver on time, other members in the team ensure that the work is completed for the entire team to achieve its objective.
