From an email message from us, you'll receive two single-page PDF files. Kindly follow the instructions for your response to this email message. You'll then be expected to open a Share Account in your name and wait for one more email message--a notification message--from us.
The 89-day time-frame begins as soon as all subscribers are notified. By the notification time, you should already have opened a Share Account at a designated financial institution.
